Our newest addition! A bunkhouse-style suite . . .

The Freedom Suite starts with a tastefully appointed blue room, decoracted in patriotic red, white and blue theme, with cozy double bed, quilt, down comforter, baskest, flags . .. a real country delight. The room is a comfortble one for a couple and is considered a standard room for up to 2 guests.

The hidden secret is through the old closet, that's now a small halllway, leading to the optionl additionl bunk room, where up to 3 guests are included in the base price. The bedroom features a set of bunks and a twin bed, ample storage space, and lovely blue decor, with hooked rug and touches of red and white Americana.

As with all stays at Averill Stand, a full Vermont Country breakfast is included. Baths are shared and are meticulously clean.  Of course, the dining room and living room are available for travelers who want to sit by the crackling fire and sip cider, cocoa or whatever else it is you brought along! This is a great alternative for small groups who like the charm and character of an antique B&B, while keeping the per-person costs to a minimum.
